Health information is protected
AMA does not collect health information on this site. There is no intake here and no cart: when you continue to a dispensing pharmacy you leave for their site, and everything you tell them about your health is held by them under their privacy notice, not ours.
We keep sensitive data off the address bar
Following a product link tells us only that a link was followed; no health information travels with it. Analytics, where used, measure page usage. Once you are on the pharmacy’s site, their privacy notice governs what they collect and how they use it.
What we collect
Account and contact details you provide, the contents of your orders and consult requests, and basic technical data needed to run the site. Clinical information you share during care is kept within your medical record.
Your choices
You can request access to or correction of your information at any time. AMA holds no order or prescription record for you — those live with the dispensing pharmacy, so requests about them go to them. To make a privacy request of AMA, contact our team.
