  • How does ordering work?
    Pick what you're working on, complete a short intake online, and a licensed provider reviews it. If they approve it, your order ships to your door and reorders on a schedule you control. There's nothing to attend and nowhere to travel.
  • Do I need to be an existing AMA patient?
    No. Anyone can order where we're able to ship. You complete the same intake either way, and a licensed provider reviews it before your first order goes out.
  • What happens during provider review?
    A licensed provider reads your answers, your medications, and your history, then decides whether what you've chosen is appropriate for you. Some answers route to a conversation with a provider instead of a shipment. It's handled securely — your answers never appear in the address bar.
  • Is my review async, or a video visit?
    It depends on your state. Where asynchronous review is permitted, a provider can review and sign off without a live visit. Where your state requires a video visit first, we say so during intake and arrange it before anything is charged.
  • What if a provider says no?
    You aren't charged. Nothing is billed until a provider has approved your order, so if they decline it — or if they want to talk first — you pay nothing and nothing ships.
  • Will this replace what my doctor already has me on?
    No. What we ship is meant to sit alongside your existing care, not in place of it. Keep taking what you've been prescribed, and tell your provider during intake what that is — checking for interactions is part of what the review is for.
  • Do you take insurance?
    No. Everything is cash-pay, with the full price shown before you're charged. There are no consultation fees and no membership.
  • How do subscriptions work?
    Orders auto-ship every 30 days so you don't run out. You can choose a one-time order instead at checkout, and you can stop auto-renew from your account in one click — no phone call, no retention offer, no cancellation fee.
  • How is my health information handled?
